Every Proxiva order ships discreetly with full carrier tracking, and the vast majority arrive safely within 2–3 business days. But once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the carrier’s hands — and rare problems like loss, porch theft, or transit damage can happen. Shipping Insurance is an optional $10 add-on that protects your order from the moment it’s handed to the carrier until it’s safely in your hands.
What’s covered
Lost in transit
If the carrier loses your package and tracking stalls, we’ll ship you a free replacement of your order.
Stolen after delivery
If your package is stolen after a confirmed delivery, you’re covered — file a quick report and we’ll send a free replacement.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, send us a couple of photos and we’ll send a free replacement.

Coverage terms
- What it is. Shipping Insurance is an optional $10 add-on, charged once per order, that covers loss, theft, or damage that occurs while your order is in the carrier’s possession.
- How claims are resolved. Approved claims are resolved by a free replacement reshipment of the affected items. Coverage is fulfilled by replacement only — a cash refund is not provided. There is no deductible.
- Filing a claim. Claims must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the ship date for lost or stolen packages, and within 7 days of delivery for damaged items. Damage claims require a clear photo of the item and packaging.
- Stolen / “delivered but not received.” For packages the carrier marks delivered, we may ask for a brief statement and/or a carrier or police report before approving a claim.
- What it does not cover. Insurance does not cover incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout, packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient, shipping delays alone, items seized or returned by customs, or any event outside the carrier’s custody.
- Limits. One claim per order, fulfilled as a single replacement reshipment of the affected items. The $10 insurance fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped, and the fee itself is not covered.
- Without insurance. If Shipping Insurance is not added, risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package, and free replacements for transit issues cannot be guaranteed.
